Tuesday, May 05, 2009 from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM (PT)
Join Wikispaces for our May Education Webinar. We will show you how to create a wiki in your classroom, get started with your wiki, and introduce you to Jennifer Barnett.
Jennifer teaches English and history at Fayetteville High School in Alabama. Her classroom wiki is an integral part of her class - students collaborate on group projects, find handouts, post assignments, peer-review one another's work, discuss issues from class units, and more. Come see how she has integrated her wiki into her courses over the last several years.
You can join us in our Elluminate room for the event. The event will be held May 5th at 3:30pm Pacific Time. Click here to find the time in your corresponding time zone. If you haven't used Elluminate before, head to their support page before the event to make sure your browser settings are correctly configured.
We provide the world's easiest to use wikis. We have a large and active education community with over 150,000 educational wikis and over 800,000 teachers and students.
Our webinar series is designed to help that community learn, share, and grow. We teach the basics of creating and using wikis in the classroom and present educators who have lessons and stories to share about their use of wikis in education.
